Roxann has been decorating cakes for more than 30 years in the Skagit Valley and surrounding areas. Roxann worked commercially as a cake decorator and baker for 16 years prior to opening Xtra Special Cakes. She completed the Cake Box school of icing sculpture I and II in 1984. She won top honors at the Seattle Cake show for her entry of an old man relaxing in a wooden barrel hot tub.
